TruHealth offers unique Natural Health education, including Iridology, Meditation, Muscle Testing (Kinesiology), Energy and emotional work
Individually tailored, and intuitively guided Natural health coaching for specific questions and custom-tailored health programs are available by appointment only.
A session can be provided in person or over the phone or internet meeting software (Skype, Teams, Zoom, or via phone call)

Initial Health Program for New Clients – $250
The initial consultation includes 1-2 hours of coaching talk time depending on questions and any/all of the following:
- Iridology Reading – Iris pictures can be sent in via email/cell
- Bloodwork review – client bloodwork must be provided within the past 6 months (does not include actual bloodwork)
- Review of any supplements you currently have/taking
- Resources provided specific to client’s issues
- Articles provided specific to client’s issues
- Nutritional Coaching/Initial diet plan recommendations based on clients specific needs
- Zyto analysis (online- link sent to the client to perform scan via cell phone)
- Follow-up assistance (via text) as needed as the client applies new health guidelines to their lifestyle.
Existing Clients – $45 for a new/updated health program
(30 minute meeting)
