Hi, I’m Kasara.

Heading off to college, my goal was to learn about how to stop illness and organisms in the body. Originally majoring in Medical Technology/Hematology to learn about the body, I had no idea that my path would direct me to the plants of the earth and areas of the mind.

Life moved me into corporate America, affording me the opportunity to travel around the world, and unfortunately, I began experiencing health issues. Having tried allopathic methods with no success, I reached for other options. Once recovered, I was trained as a Master Herbalist, educated as a Traditional Naturopath, and I was fortunate enough to allow buried intuitive gifts to emerge. Once my herbal apprenticeship was completed, I opened a small herb business in 1993 to teach others what I had learned that helped so much with my own health.

After moving back to The Puget Sound, I opened another health food store in 2002. Through my own growth and learnings, I realized something was missing which is why the pivot into psychology. Digging deep to learn more about underlying core issues (mental, emotional, physical & spiritual) and the connection to health issues in general which I now share with my clients.

Today, with the help of technology, I am fortunate to be able to assist people around the world, with my knowledge and gifts to provide powerful and proven options that empower clients to reach their goals.
