1/3 cup plain Oat Milk
2 cups grain sweetened chocolate chips melted (or you can use unsweetened
chocolate 10oz sweetened with 1/8 cup of xylitol)
6 tbsp organic unsalted butter
1/3 cup of your favorite covering - ideas: cocoa powder, crushed pecans,
crushed almonds, powdered xylitol, or coconut
Simmer oat milk, and add butter to melt
Melt chips separately
Stir chocolate into butter/milk mixture and stir until smooth
Poor into bowl and cover and refridgerate at least 2 hours
Use a melon baller or spoon to make small balls
Use warm water in between as needed to on melon baller or spoon
Roll balls into your favorite covering
Makes great gifts!
