Wheat-Free, Yeast-Free and FAST pizza dough

1 1/2 cups spelt flour (either white or whole spelt will work)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 400F degrees.  Lightly oil or spray a pizza pan or other baking pan. 

In a large bowl, combine both types of flour, baking powder, and salt.  Mix well.

Add water, mixing until all ingredients are moistened.  With your hands work dough

into a ball.  Place dough in prepared pan and press to form crust - or use rolling pin to

get desired shape and thickness.  Flour your hands to avoid sticking.

Bake 10 minutes. Remove oven from pan.

Add you favorite sauce, cheeses, and toppings.  Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until

cheese is melted.
